At the House of MAKTOUB, we believe that the transition from our gallery to your hands is an integral part of the narrative. The journey of each piece is treated with the same meticulous care and intentionality as its creation.

We do not merely ship packages; we dispatch curated works of art.

1. The Presentation: Unboxing the Work

Every single piece acquired from the House is prepared as a custom installment. Your garment is enveloped in protective tissue, enclosed within our signature black rigid collector’s box, finished with a hand-applied wax seal, and accompanied by a unique, physical Certificate of Authenticity.

To protect the integrity of this presentation during transit, the entire collector's box is encased in a discreet, weather-resistant outer protective layer during shipping.

2. Transit Times & Regional Logistics

We partner exclusively with premium courier networks to ensure swift, secure, and respectful delivery of your pieces.

A. Dubai & United Arab Emirates (Local Transit)

  • Courier: Dedicated white-glove messenger service.

  • Timeline: Next-day delivery for all orders placed before 3:00 PM GST. Same-day courier delivery can be arranged within Dubai upon request.

  • Fees: Complimentary nationwide shipping.

B. The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)

We ship seamlessly to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.

  • Courier: Premium air-express delivery.

  • Timeline: 2 to 4 business days.

  • Fees: Complimentary for acquisitions above AED 1,000. For acquisitions below this value, a flat rate of AED 50 is quietly applied at checkout to cover secure transit.

3. Discretionary Cash on Delivery (COD)

To respect local preferences and maintain trust across the UAE and broader GCC, MAKTOUB supports Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Verification: Upon placing a COD acquisition, a representative of the House will quietly reach out to you via WhatsApp to verify your delivery window and address.

  • Payment: Our delivery partners accept exact cash or mobile card readers at the moment of handoff.

  • Note: To preserve delivery efficiency, we request that you ensure a recipient is available at your chosen location on the scheduled delivery day.

4. International Collectors (Global Shipping)

For patrons acquiring our works from outside the GCC region:

  • Courier: DHL Express.

  • Timeline: 3 to 7 business days depending on your destination.

  • Duties & Taxes: For shipments outside of the GCC, local import duties, customs taxes, or handling fees may be levied by your destination country. These fees are governed by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the patron upon arrival.

5. Tracking the Acquisition

Once your piece leaves our Dubai design house, you will receive a silent confirmation message via email and WhatsApp containing your private tracking link. This allows you to monitor the journey of your piece in real-time.

6. Support & Adjustments

Should you need to redirect a delivery, modify your scheduled drop-off window, or inquire about a package in transit, please bypass standard ticketing forms and contact our concierge directly.
